Within the spa industry, we have focused on the import and sale of water treatment products and filters
for outdoor spas. For years, we searched around the world—without success—for high-quality filters with
excellent filtration performance that could also be easily recycled after use. This led to the idea of designing
and manufacturing our own high-quality, environmentally friendly, and durable filter, made in Finland using
Finnish materials.

The design and testing process took over two years. We tested different filter materials and material
quantities within the filter. We also tested the filter and inner frame structures using prototypes in spas
and through pressure testing.

Once we found the perfect combination, we developed our own mold for the filters and manufactured a
filter frame that ensures optimal flow-through (PP 05), combined with Finnish-made durable fiber filter
fabric (ISO 16890).

Thus, our EKO ULTRA filter was created—compatible with many different spa models.
